The key responsibilities for this role include:

We have an opportunity for someone to join our ANZ accounting team focusing on Accounts Payable for John Deere equipment sales across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be working within the John Deere system and other business systems to ensure the timely and accurate processing of equipment related payable transactions. You will monitor and process regular payments and John Deere finance settlements; taking responsibility for the monthly payables and finance related reconciliations.

This opportunity is based out of our Head Office in Ballarat. This role is full time but for the right person we are open to part time hours.

The key skills required for this role include:

  • A quick learner with superb administration skills and practices
  • Proven accounts payable experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Great communication, negotiation and time management skills
  • Accurate and timely processing of data with attention to detail essential
  • Team player willing to go the extra mile for others
