Clean Seed Capital Signs Distribution Agreement with Cervus for North Central Saskatchewan

Vancouver, British Columbia (April, 2015) – Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (the “Company” or “CSC”) (TSXV: CSX), announces that it has entered into a Distribution Partnership Agreement with Cervus Equipment Corp. (“Cervus”) (TSX: CVL) Cervus has interests in 75 dealerships in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Over a three year renewable period starting in 2016, Cervus will manage exclusive sales areas with agreed-upon sales commitments for the Company’s CX-6 SMART Seeder.

Both Companies foresee that by working together Clean Seed’s CX-6 SMART Seeder can be sold into the North Central Saskatchewan seeding equipment market as a leading, high technology, value added precision seeding unit. Cervus will provide commercial end use retail distribution of the CX-6 SMART Seeder to customers in North Central Saskatchewan.

CSC and Cervus will work collaboratively to determine the sales volume commitments and the launch plan of the CX-6 SMART Seeder over the coming months for key Cervus retail locations.
